Does anybody know where to find the "filter" that attaches to petcock and goes inside the tank? Mine is figure 8'd at the base and not doing its job Looked everywhere and it appears I have to purchase the entire petcock (part # 51023) ??? please advise and thanks!!

Ok...got it done, but tank still off bike...Gotta clean vent and drill broken mounting bolt.. First thing... You have to open up the slot for the pingel to fit..If you put the adaptor plate on and look through the hole you can see how much has to come off..Probably 1/16" off each...
