okay i have two zl9's. OKay my problem with my bike was a fuse box replaced that and the fan started working so i solved that problem. now i have a weak start the other bike starts good. I tried cars batteries and it didnt turn over any faster. Could it be something dirty in the starter or what. When I put the bike down a hill and catch it in gear it runs and drives great. once its heated up the starter works and starts my bike until it sit for about 2 hours then it wont work again.

I would look at all the electrical connections first. Since you have 2 bikes swap the starter and see if the problem follows it. Also look at swapping or replacing the starter relay.

:hello: Test the system my placing a screwdriver across the starter solenoid at the 2 posts & see if the bike starts.
