Hi everyone,i have a Newby question about ZL400

I have just got myself an imported 1988 zl400 with 7000 miles on it,unfortunately it has a stuck engine,i have no idea why its stuck YET,but i thought i would see what my options are if its not worth the cost to repair it.

Does anybody know which engines will fit the 400's frame?

If you don't know what you are doing be extremely careful or you could do a lot more damage to the bike than it already has.

Go to the Download section of this site and follow the trouble shooting steps in the manuel.

That would be an excellent place to start.

i think you can install from GPZ400, GPZ600, ZL600
in Russia many guys with ZL400 dream to have 600 ccm engine, but its little rare and expensive from europe and USA
