1996 zl600 Cobra slip ons

Hi guys I found some cobra F1 slip ons for 1986 zl600. Will these fit on my 1996 zl600?

Maybe have someone do some measurements on a 86 stock mufflers & compare them to yours. You can always modify them to fit or find a fabricator.

To my knowledge they should fit without any problems. Other than a few cosmetic items the bikes are pretty much the same.

Thank you for the info. I went ahead and got them. It is almost impossible to find them from what I found. I will let you guys know how they work.

The pipes are on! They fit and look/sound pretty good. Though I did notice that I lost a little bit of bottom end torque. I will try bumping up the jet size on the carbs this weekend.

i have a set on my zl 900 they sound nice and throaty in mid range but not to loud a good sounding system
