Should a buy a zl 600 year model 1987 if the engine is seized.. is there a chance i could unseize it.. how much am i looking at on spending on either options?

I've been searching the site for overhaul info, and I don't find it. Can anyone tell me a good source to get the gasket set, head gasket and oversized pistons and rings? My local auto parts store says they can get them, if I bring in the old ones. Sounds weird. I can buy from a couple of...
