1. Guest,
We need good tech writers that are willing to help out here at ZL-OA. If you like taking photos of jobs as you perform the steps on your repairs, have historical ads/documents from old magazines, or any else you think belongs in the Technical Library than you might be able to help. Send a private message to Furchin, Mudrunner88, Chris, Jarney, Wuputt, or Markus56 and we can lead you in the right direction to get started.

So what are these?....is there a country that needs them to be a certain length.

They have Sankei 2235 and KHIK 158 in them. P1080273.JPG P1080279.JPG

How hard have you pulled on them to see if they will come out?

Only with bare hands. Didn't give at all.

Just checking to see if anyone has seen anything like them before. If not, I'll get physical with them.

Looks to me that a pipe cutter would not get them flush, so might want to go with a dremel. Probably going to take some work, but you should be able to grind them down flush and apply some high temp paint to the bare metal. That sure is a funky look though. You'd think they'd have went with some chrome extensions for aesthetic reasons.

My guess,,,,,, they were hammered in to keep the db's down
the pipes seem to be in the area of Germany
they have strict enforcement of exhaust noise there
I would think that Vice grips and a slide hammer would pull them babies right out

:hello: They was for Sweden bound bikes. They require the pipes to extend out past the lower rear of the rear shocks.
